Graduation Shoot // Class of 2018

Warning: I'm about to get super sappy. Not only am I just naturally a sappy person, but I had my last photoshoot with my senior model team for the class of 2018 on Saturday. I'm throwing it way back to last winter when I had this crazy idea... why not start a senior model team? Looking back, I was NOT ready at all. My editing needed help and I had no clue what I was doing when it came to creating projects in Photoshop. Fast forward to over a year later, and I can easily say this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. God gave me three girls who are funny, kind, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. I was lacking terribly in the editing department, but these girls saw potential in me and trusted me to capture their senior year on camera. I could never thank them enough for that. This year has been full of laughs from the very first photoshoot. Going into this, I thought having a senior model team would just be a good business move, but I gained so much more. Not only did it allow me to grow in my photography, but it allowed me to gain a little family of my own. As their #SEPsenioradventure comes to a close, I'm feeling so many emotions and I'm overwhelmed with what to say. I invested so much into this project and it went by in a blink of an eye. Each of these girls are going to do amazing things in life. They will create a path of their own and change the world. They are smart and incredibly talented in their own ways. Saying goodbye to the class of 2018 is hard, but it gives me peace knowing that they're going off to accomplish great things. Good luck, girls! Thank you for giving a year better than I ever could've imagined!
